Justice Day 2017!

On February 2, 2017, Georgia Justice Project came together with eleven other organizations, directly impacted individuals, and concerned citizens to promote criminal justice reform in our state.  We had over 200 attendees who had the opportunity to speak directly with their legislators about critical issues and hear from Georgia’s leaders in the reform movement.

Many thanks to our partner organizations who joined us in this important endeavor: the Southern Center for Human Rights, Interfaith Children’s Movement, ACLU, Georgia Appleseed, Central Outreach & Advocacy Center, NAACP, Georgia Public Policy Foundation, Barton Child Law and Policy Center, JUSTGeorgia, Faith in Public Life, Georgia Center for Opportunity, and the National Incarceration Association.
