Douglas B. Ammar - Executive Director

Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Doug Ammar is the Executive Director and a Project Attorney. A graduate of Davidson College and Washington and Lee University's School of Law, Doug has been associated with the Project almost since its inception. First, he was a volunteer during the summer prior to law school. Doug has been in Atlanta since 1989 and has worked at the Project since May 1990, when he came on staff as a Project Attorney. Doug became the Executive Director in January 1995.
