Senate Bill 365 Governor Deal signed SB 365 on April 13th. The new laws eliminate the automatic suspension of drivers’ licenses for some drug offenses, create a Certificate of Program and Treatment Completion to demonstrate an individual’s positive steps toward reentry, and protect employers that hire people with either the Certificate of Program and Treatment Completion or a pardon.
