Intake for GJP's Criminal Records Program will be closed and will not accept any new applications from November 1, 2022 through January 1, 2023. We will resume accepting new applications and responding to all new inquiries for criminal records assistance once we reopen intake in January. If you received an application before November 1st, but returned your completed application during our closure period, please note that we will not process your application until our intake reopens on Monday, January 2, 2023.

Before applying for criminal records assistance, we require that individuals attend our virtual First Friday Educational Presentation. A member of our legal team gives a virtual presentation the First Friday of every month at 10AM, explaining what record clearing (expungement) remedies are available for a Georgia criminal record. We will continue to host First Friday presentations while the Criminal Records intake is closed.
