On Tuesday we celebrated the opening of the Augusta Second Chance Desk! This Desk is in partnership with the Augusta Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, the Richmond County Solicitor’s Office, the Burke County Solicitor’s Office, and the Augusta Richmond Public Library System.

This is a FREE resource helping individuals with criminal history from Burke and Richmond counties clear eligible criminal records. Appointments are held on the first Wednesday of every month at the Augusta Richmond Public Library Headquarters. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. To register for an appointment visit: https://www.augustaga.gov/3142/Second-Chance-Desk. New appointments are made available on the FIRST MONDAY of every month at 9AM. If registration is full, please visit the website again on Monday, November 6, 2023, at 9AM.
